How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?

Each succulent is carefully hand-wrapped in protective tissue and secured with eco-friendly packing materials to prevent movement. We also monitor weather conditions and offer heat packs for orders traveling to colder climates.

What is your return policy for live plants?

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Do the succulents come with pots?

Most of our succulents are shipped in their plastic nursery pots. Decorative planters are available for separate purchase, or as part of our curated 'Gift Kit' collections.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
