At In Succulent Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical purchase; if your plants or accessories arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to ensure that delicate plants or ceramics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
